Just saw the episode titled "Hiro's", and the preview of the next ep.
Am I the only one who thinks that Claire's dad overdid it with the quarterback? Yeah, the quarterback was a bastard, but to completely destroy the guy's entire identity? It seems like the memory-eraser-power-dampening guy's power might be used for good instead of just hurting the other people with superpowers and being used as Horn Rimmed Man's personal revenge goon.
Don't get me wrong; I'm not saying football boy didn't deserve some kind of punishment, but was that particular thing really the solution? This way, he has no memory of what he did and so he has a whole chance to learn all over again that it's okay to try and rape cheerleaders. Couldn't he have just cut his junk off? They were in hospital after all, and surrounded by sterile instruments and anesthesia.
And can I say that I just LOVE how all the peoples' storylines are coming together? Amazing writing on this show. I can't wait to see how Sylar will fit into all of this; he was in a partially finished painting of Isaac's and when Peter Petrelli finishes it, it looks as if Sylar will apparently try to kill Claire. Now Claire seems to figure more centrally into the show than ever before, but I hope that everyone has an equally important role. |

Well, we don't actually know for sure that it was Sylar. Remember the carvings of "firgive me" on his wall? To be honest that doesn't seem like what a murderer would say. But that's my own personal opinion. I love how everyone is comming together, I'm not all that happy about Peter being the leader cause he's not my favorite character. But I loved when he finished the painting of Isaac's, didn't Isaac look so jealous? Lol. Anyway, I think that with Peter's help Isaac is going to begin to control his power without the use of drugs (See my "Does Isaac need drugs" thread for further details) Anyway, all in all this was a wicked episode. |
