Hello everyone,
I've been away from the forum for about 2 and a half weeks now. I do have a very very good reason but I'm sorry for neglecting it and not posting for so long
On Thursday, July 5th, 2007 at 7:29pm (two weeks ago today), my baby boy decided not to wait until August but instead to come into the world 7 WEEKS EARLY!!! That is really early. Fortunately, his lungs were fully developed and he was very strong. He weighed 4lbs 4oz.
However, he had to stay in the hospital in the Special Care Nursery since he was too little to eat much on his own and he needed to sleep a lot. In the past two weeks, he has gained weight and is getting closer and closer to 5 pounds. He has been eating on his own although he does still have a tube in his nose for some of his feedings.
I spend a lot of time at the hospital and so haven't been online too much. I hope to be able to spend more time here in the coming days. And we hope to have Lyric home with us in another week or two at the most.
Thanks for keeping things going here to everyone, especially Zanko. I'll try to find some Heroes news to post later today. If anyone else finds any, since they've been filming for a while now. please post.

Thank you everyone. He is doing great and getting bigger and bigger. Already he is over 6lbs 2 oz (almost 2 pounds since he was born). He no longer looks like a premie. And except for being a gas bag, he is very very happy.
