Chapeter One: The Beginning

Jimmy was waiting out of theback of his friends urging him to hurry up because the bus was less than twenty minutes away. The sun was dim just rising to the early morning frost that bit down on the grass of the month January. It didn't snow where they lived of Houston, Texas but between the rain and the humid weather there was no point in there being snow.

"Hurry up, damn!! *mumbles* The bus is almost here" Jimmy yelled up to the window of George "Hold on a sec I'm combing my hair"

Jimmy wore a light weight black jacket wich he wore over his hoody blue sweater. His afro easly waved back and front as the gentle January air blew. His pant where wet at the tips by his shoes because the frost bit them and his shoes where of the new Jordans that he had waited months to get.

"Aight I'm leaving if you ant down by the time I count to ten" He yelled again and slowly walked away from the grass and stepped on to the sidewalk "1.... 2...." he shouted easing offf step after step.

There was a pause as he heard the sound that the bus makes after it has gotten to a stop

"OH SHI-" He shouted and dashed off towards the bus. He looked around and saw George running out the door with a lunch sack and his back pack in both hand

"Wait" he yelled "Hurry up then or we gonna miss tha bus" Jimmy yelled back

But it was too late no matter how much they waved and ran the bus had already taken off down the road.

"Idiot!!" Jimmy shouted and smacked George upside the head and began cursing "Now we gotta walk and we're probably gonna be late- I TOLD YOU TO HURRY!!"
