I have been working on a web game for about 3 years now (yes 3 years.... and still not fully running)
anyways, its getting closer and closer to a full functioning game, and i am wondering how it might go over with other people.
What I am asking is "Would you Play It?"
The name is Terramore. its a Fantasy based multi-player online strategy game, where you must build up your empire with thousand of option, and path to follow.
The game has battle features and Unit building challenges with over 1800 weapon variations.
I will now post the comments/Hocks that a friend wrote for it.
" When the sky's grow dark under the coming storm, and the winds of war wears on your mind; there is one thing left to do, grab your sword and rally your men! War waits for no man, neither does Terramore. Enter a realm dominated by armies and war, dive in and build your empire while keeping it safe from your maurading enemies. When the war begins, where will you be?
With 142 researches, over 1800 weapon variations and 12 unique class types with various feats and skills, Terramore is quickly becoming a game of infinite possibilities. Each empire you build is unique, and with it you can choose to rule through ruthless leadership, delicate diplomacy or earnest economical pathways. Which ever you chose, be sure to fend off those who seek your land as you fight your way to the top. In addition, Terramore is set to never expire, meaning this is a continuous game, and the actions you take will continuously shape the face of world. "
I know this post is realy long. but iam trying to figure out if i should contiune work, (at a higher rate then iam now) or put it on the back burner untill i have spare time. |

| this game sounds wicked, and i like the whole idea of how the landscape changes and keeps changing to what you do, kind of a mix of guild wars and fable. I also like long games and the fact that you can continuously do stuff is awesome. It's about time someone buckled down and put a lot of effort into making an awesome game. By the way if ur game isn't too far from being finished, could you maybe post some pics or some concept work if u have any? that'd be cool |

once i have the base game running, i might start work on a Flash version of it. if i can find a larger team, and people who can code/build flash fast then me
is is not much for images for it right now. i cant draw, nor can my parter in this project. thought we are looking for some one who can draw land tiles...
