I'm thinking this kid's definitely got some powers. Any ideas as to what they are?

Aside from child prodogy? I think he'll probably have to get a bit older to grow into any physical special abilities. Like maybe next seaon LOL! I wonder tho if he'll be mentally stable having psycho Nikki for a mom. Mental disorders are usually genetic... Could lead to more interesting storylines if he does carry the MPD gene. Right now, im seeing him as the brains behind the group of supers. But will anyone listen to him because of his age?

Just saw "Nothing To Hide" and it seems Micah has some sort of ability to fix whatever he touches. That explains, I suppose, why he is so adept with electronics and such. Of course you'd be gifted if you could fix DVD players and pay phones and such by only touching them. Also, I couldn't help but notice that not only did he fix the out of order telephone, but was also apparently able to make long-distance calls on it without paying. Definitely a handy guy to have around, I would think. I mean, imagine: he apparently will never have to put money in a vending machine, pay phone, newspaper box, or laundromat again. That's like a dream for me. I'm sure HRG, if he turns out to be evil, would have a field day with him.

Then again...if he can fix electronic equipment just by touching it, perhaps he can disrupt it as well. It sure would create some havoc if HRG tried to strap him down to his little laboratory like they did with Matt Parkman, and he could just shut down all the instruments.

Though the Petrellis' political storyline is starting to annoy me a bit, I have a feeling, based on the rest of the action in this show and the threading together of the various characters, that it will all add up in the end. This show just keeps getting better and better.

Did you notice that as soon as D.L. showed up, Micah made the phone stop working again. So, it would be very cool to see what would happen if HRG did try to "test" Micah.

I think that Nathan wants to do more to be a hero than he lets on. Why else would he keep the painting from Peter...the one that will help save the world. Unless he is just a prick who wants to screw with Peter's dreams of saving the world. Evil or Very Mad

On another forum I frequent one of the members coined the phrase Technopath to describe Micah's abilities. His abilities could be that he can fix electronics but I think it a more plausable ability that he has a control over technology.

If he does, his powers could be devastating. Think about that, if he wanted to be evil he could literally destroy the world thanks to how many Nukes the US government has. If he wants to use them for good, well if he has/develops range on his powers he could control busses, cars and other things to drive at the bad guys.

That's so funny! That is exactly what we called out as soon as we saw Micah "fix" the phone. LOL It's been our buzz word for Micah since.

Knew that kid was special but i really didn't think he'd have realized his abilities yet. I can't wait to see if he has his mom's MPD gene. He obviously knows about it considering his conversation with Jessica and he doesn't seem to worry over it - hence his willingness to go back to her. Makes me wonder if he knows and is OK with her murderous side.

I just thought of something Zyro said before.

If Micah is a true Technopath (can control any technological equipment), what if he's the reason for the nuke going off? It's possible. I don't think it likely, but it is possible.

I think that Micah or the nuking guy (anyone remember his name) are probably responsible for the nuke going off. It would be really really hard for Sylar to get hold of a nuke without going down the terrorism path and they've said they won't do that.
