It's going to be a flashback episode and it's going to show us the history of HRG, the company he is working for, how he got Claire, and his involvement with the previous generation of heroes. I think we're going to see that Nathan was working for him and Eric Roberts has been cast as a previous hero (could it be Linderman?).
