I'm a huge fan of the Zelda games. I don't have a Wii yet Crying or Very sad but I still have my old faithful GC. Waited forever for Twilight Princess. I better get it for Christmas.... Twisted Evil

Anyone share my love of Zelda??? Or is that a sissy game?? Evil or Very Mad Y'all better not answer that second question.

I really enjoyed Ocarina of Time. But I'm not really planning to get a Wii so you'll have to tell us about it when you get it. Here's crossing my fingers that you'll get one for Christmas. Very Happy Very Happy

HEHE!! i got twilight princess for GC and its pretty wicked so far. By the way I've always like zelda, except wind waker. Ocarina of Time was my first zelda to own and i loved it. I want to thoroughly play Majora's mask because that game is fun too (i heard it's the hardest too). I'ma thinkin' I'ma gonna buy the collectors thingy for GC so i get Ocarina of Time and Majora's mask. Oh and Twilight princess isn't nearly as cartoony as all the others. Good graphics, detailed characters and cool sounds. The only thing that kinda bugs me is how link runs, oh well.

I love Zelda, every game but Wind Breaker (Wind Waker Laughing cause it stinks XD). Ocarina of Time and Majora's Mask were and still are my favorite of the Zelda games (and I'm sure I won't be disapointed with Twilight Princess either!)

Wow, I played further into Twilight Princess and it's even better than it was before. It just keep getting better and better. I've never had to put as much thought into a game as i do with this one. You eventually get so many items and you have to use them all in order to get passed a temple. Although some of the boss battles are a little dissappointing, it still makes up for it with awesome puzzles and graphics. Anyone who likes zelda has to buy this game!! Very Happy

I love Zelda. The only chance I get to play it, however, is on my beloved N64. xD I don't like Game Cube and the Wii doesn't really interest me to be honest. I'm more of a PS/Xbox fan. Although the whole arcade-style gaming idea is alluring. x3

Okay, here I go spamming again but what the heck...been getting into some arcade style gaming on my 360 this holiday season. I usually make fun of those who do but I am starting to see the allure. It's very addictive.

I got the Twilight Princess (gamecube version) for Christmas and I liked the plot, the graphics, the puzzles and (especially) the bosses. Very Happy
Now, all I need is to get another Twilight Princess for the Wii, the new upcoming games, and Evil or Very Mad the Wii console.

Zelda's been a favorite series of mine since I played the first one on the original NES. Ocarina of Time though will always have a place in my heart that no one game can take. I played Majora's Mask, wasn't too impressed by it however. WindWaker was a serious dissappointment for me, but not as much as Twilight Princess.

I have never been so upset with a game before. I played it for several hours, giving the game ample time to "wow" me and I was anything but wowed. I was disgusted and upset the way they completelly trashed the ONE Zelda world I fell in love with. (This is strictly my opinion, if you all enjoyed the game then I'm happy for you.)

Aw, well i thought it was a great game. Really good graphics, good fights, well made out puzzles, and REALLY cool bosses, especially the chained up fire dude. And yah there were some parts that dragged on and sometimes the graphics looked like they came from OoT, but still overall a very good game in my opinion.

I don't know how the graphics look like they came from OoT. The new Link looks totally different. Besides the fact that he climbs like a bloody monkey and the equipment was extremelly childish and lame -.- Oh well, everyone's welcome to have their own opinion. Glad you enjoyed the game.

Wait...THIS is why you hated the game? Wow, could you get any more superficial? Link LOOKS different? Link has looked different in every single Zelda game since the beginning of time, except for Majora's Mask but that's because it was a direct sequel...which Twilight Princess is not, it has nothing to do with OOT, other than the fact that its in the same universe. He climbs like a monkey? The equipment is childish?

Jesus Christ dude, how about some actual reasons to hate the game? You seem to hate it based on the fact that it ISN'T OOT, and not that it was ever trying to be in the first place.

You know what, I don't even care if anyone BANS me for this post. I've PLAYED the game, I put NINE HOURS into the game. I was stating SIMPLE FACTS that I didn't like about the game because I didn't have the time to write out EVERYTHING I disliked. And nine hours is more then enough time to either enjoy or hate a game.

Fine, you can have your opinions on the game. Forget about it, I'm done.

And Naziism? That's pretty low, I wouldn't expect that from a friend. Come on. We can have arguments but that's really uncalled for considering my background.

Anyways, there's no need to continue to pollute this thread, I'll get back on topic and respond to the original post...

I'm a huge Zelda fan, and no its not a sissy game. Smile It's my absolute favourite as far as videogame series go, and I own pretty much any Zelda game ever made (besides those horrible Phillips developed CD-i games, oh and The Minish Cap, just because I haven't gotten around to buying it yet).

Ocarina of Time is probably my favourite one, with Majora's Mask (this one too many people never gave a chance) and A Link to the Past right behind it. I have my copy of Twilight Princess, but I have no Wii to play it on yet and that REALLY sucks because I've been looking forward to playing it forever. My DS is ready for whenever Phantom Hourglass comes out too.
