So, it seems that Mainframe studios has been acquired by Rainmaker, and they are working on a brand new set of ReBoot movies!
Here's the catch.
They've selected five unknown writers to write the new ones, and are leaving it open to good ol' internet to decide which writer to go with.
On one hand, I'm really happy to see ReBoot back, as it was a big part of my childhood, and I really enjoyed it. On the other hand, I don't trust the internet with anything, and am somewhat certain that the writer selected by said internet will probably try to rehash everything. I want a definitive ending!
On that note, I'm also very sad to discover that Megabyte's voice actor died. RIP Tony Jay. |
