Before you read what is below, be sure you want to know.
Episode 1.12: Godsend
Airdate: January 22, 2007
* 12/04 - Claude, an invisible man played by British actor Christopher Eccleston (Doctor Who), appears Jan. 22. "He's been living with his invisibility for many years and has come to grips with it, so he'll give us a different view into this hero world," [Tim] Kring explains. "He's big, imposing and charismatic, and will become a mentor to Peter — albeit a tough, reluctant and stern one. He'll help Peter learn to use and control his powers." Source: TV Guide Online
* 11/15 - Christopher Eccleston — the original Dr. Who from the current Sci Fi/BBC series — is joining the cast in January in a really super (tee-hee) role. Source: Ask Ausiello @ TV Guide
* 11/14 - My source tells me exclusively that the new hero is making his debut in the Jan. 22 episode and has an ability not yet seen on the show. Apparently, this hero has been around a lot longer than all the others, so presumably he can teach those heroes we already know a thing or two. Source: Kristin on E!Online [Note: We believe Kristin is referring to the Claude character we listed below.]
* 11/07 - A new recurring character will be introduced in episode 12. He is an intense and wise mentor with an edge named Claude. He is said to be an imposing man with a gruff exterior. Supposedly, someone we will grow to love. Source: SpoilerFix BuddyTV Spoilers Chat
* 10/31 - This episode will feature two possibly new recurring characters Aron Malsky, an accountant-type man who works for a powerful man and has no problem doing dirty work, and an overworked and not really successful public defender. FBI agents are investigating several murders that have occurred under mysterious circumstances. An athletic prison guard gets beaten up by an inmate. A SWAT team invades the offices of a large company. A new recurring character will be introduced in episode 12. He is an intense and wise mentor with an edge named Claude. He is said to be an imposing man with a gruff exterior. Supposedly, someone we will grow to love. Source: SpoilerFix.com |

I wonder what they mean by "has come to grips with" his invisibility. Is he unable to control it and has come to accept that he'll disappear in random situations and have to deal with the ramifications of that? Or has he "come to grips with" it by learning to control it, in the same way Hiro is getting better at time travel. Probably the latter, especially if he's a mentor character. I suppose this means Peter won't be dying anytime soon. yay!
Hmm, this led to even more questions. |

i think "has come to grips with his invisibility" means that he knows what hes capable of doing and has alot of control over it.
